How do I make a reservation at P&B Residences?
You can book directly through our website or on any of our partner platforms: Booking.com, Agoda, Klook, or Airbnb.
How will I receive my booking confirmation?
Your booking confirmation will be sent to you by email.
Is a deposit required to secure my reservation?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, modifications and cancellations are accepted. Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are eligible for a full deposit refund. However, if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Check-in: 2:00 PM

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, based on room availability.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Each room has its own individual air conditioning unit with a remote control.
What amenities are provided in each room?
Cable television, Air-conditioning, Wireless internet (WiFi), Toiletries, Hot & Cold Shower, Bottled Water, Hairdryer, Full-length mirror.
Rates & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit card, GCash, and cash. Please note that cash payment is only available for walk-in guests and does not apply to online bookings.

No, there are no additional fees or taxes.
Do you offer long-stay or monthly rates?
Yes, we do offer long-stay and monthly rates. Please contact us directly for more information and pricing.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are eligible for a full deposit refund. However, if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, the full deposit will be forfeited.
How far in advance do I need to cancel to receive a full refund?
More than 7 days before arrival.
What happens if I cancel last minute or on the day of arrival?
If you cancel on the day of arrival, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund is possible.
Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?
Yes, rescheduling is available in the case of force majeure events such as typhoons, volcanic eruptions, or flight cancellations. Rescheduling must be done within one year of the original booking.
Policies
Is smoking allowed on the premises?
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available; please ask staff for details upon arrival.

How far are you from the airport or bus terminal?
We are located 14 km from Bicol International Airport and 3.5 km from the bus station.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we have guest parking available if needed.

Yes, our front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Do you offer laundry services?
Yes, laundry services are available. Please contact our staff for pricing and pickup arrangements.
Do you offer airport or terminal transfers?
Yes, we offer airport and terminal transfers. Please inform us of your travel details in advance so we can arrange this for you.
Tours & Excursions
How do I book a tour? Can I arrange it in advance or upon arrival?
Tours can be booked by contacting us via email or arranged directly upon arrival. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred schedule.
Vehicle & Equipment Rentals
Does P&B Residences offer vehicle rentals?
Yes, van/motor rentals.
Is a driver included, or can I self-drive?
You can choose what fits you best.
What are the rental rates and how are they charged (per hour, per day)?

Important notes:
– For Van Rentals with Driver: the client must provide the driver with food, accommodation, and proper sleep/rest.
– A 6-hour extension on a 24-hour rental is automatically counted as a new 24-hour charge.
– Self-Drive Motorcycle: Naga pick-up, Caramoan drop-off only
Is fuel included in the rental price?
No, the fuel is covered by the guest, except for the 5-hour rental
Can I rent equipment such as diving equipment or snorkelling gear?
Yes, diving equipment is available for rent on-site, provided that you leave your passport as security
Is there a minimum rental period?
24 hours is the minimum rental period for the vehicles, and for the diving equipment is also 24 hours.
Can rentals be arranged for full-day or multi-day trips?
Yes, however, it must be requested and confirmed in advance of your stay.
